1. The agreement

These terms govern your use of sunrisegrain.com and any inquiry you place with Sunrise Grains Global Pvt. Ltd. ("Sunrise Grain", "we", "us"). By browsing this website or submitting an inquiry, you accept these terms.

2. Information on this website

Product specifications, images, grades, certifications and lead-time estimates on this website are provided in good faith for general information. Specific specifications applicable to your order will be confirmed in writing in our quotation and sample specification sheet. Where there is any conflict, the signed quotation and purchase order prevail.

3. Quotations, orders and samples

• Quotations are valid for 7 days unless stated otherwise, subject to prior sale and availability.
• All orders are confirmed only after we issue a written proforma invoice and receive your signed purchase order or advance per the payment terms agreed.
• Samples are provided on request. Sample costs and courier charges are generally payable by the buyer and may be adjusted against a confirmed bulk order.

4. Shipping, Incoterms and documentation

We ship under the Incoterm (FOB, CIF, CFR, etc.) agreed in the quotation. Standard export documentation — commercial invoice, packing list, phytosanitary certificate, certificate of origin — is prepared by our team and dispatched per the agreed delivery mode. Any destination duties, taxes or clearance charges are the buyer's responsibility unless we have agreed DAP/DDP terms in writing.

5. Quality & claims

Every batch is tested against the agreed specifications before dispatch, with a mill test certificate issued per shipment. Quality claims must be made in writing with supporting evidence within 15 days of delivery at port of discharge. Normal commercial variation in natural agro-commodities is unavoidable and does not constitute a defect.

6. Force majeure

Neither party will be liable for delays or non-performance caused by events beyond reasonable control, including port strikes, container shortages, weather, government action, or war.

7. Governing law

These terms, and any contract formed with Sunrise Grain, are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Sri Ganganagar, Rajasthan, India, will have jurisdiction over any dispute, without prejudice to any arbitration clause agreed in a specific contract.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms occasionally. The "last updated" date at the top of this page will reflect the most recent change. Material changes will be reflected on this page before taking effect for new inquiries.
